Legal Question in Education Law in Oklahoma

Can teaching professionals do that?

After having problems with a educators from the public school system my children attends. Problems that include being lied to, profanity, exclusion, and general practices not allowed in this area. My husband and I met with the administration to discuss the problem and was assured it would be taken care of the teacher was in on the conference. Within 24 hours we received a note from a common aquaintance of both parties with the statement below.

''I could respond to each individual allegation but I won't.''

This led us to believe that issues discussed in the meeting with the school administration must have been discussed with him, by either the administrator or the accused teacher. We gave the school a copy of the letter. Since that time, changes have not been made concerning the issues discussed. Could you please tell me if any of this information gives us grounds for breech of confidentially or discrimination? My children and many others are not receiving equal treatment within the program. This is a vocational educator.

Once again this is a question where it sounds like the

children are being subjected to a "hostile school environment"

Notice the school board in writing. Parents can also file

complaints against teachers with the school board and the state licensing

boards.
