I have a mother who is widowed and leaving by herself. She is not eating and has been in and out of the hospital several times over the last few months. Myself and several others have offered to get her moved either here with my family or to family she has in other towns so she has someone to help and look after her (she lives in Oklahoma and I am in North Carolina). Should I look to gain guardianship in this situation?
