wrongful death
My 71 year old father had alzheimers and was in a hospital at the time of his death. This was a center where they specialized in his condition. But now the state has taken his body in suspect of foul play. His body was found out side of the facity at 1 am in the morning in a foutain. we do not know why he was out side at the time in which he should have been in lock down and there is no foutain in the area where he was housed. We live out of state and are trying to get some one to tell us what really happened but are just geting a run around. Should we call the lawyer he has in the small town or find some one who is not involved in any way to help us.
