Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Oklahoma

Media interviews

I'm working on a project in which I wish to videotape interviews with pedestrians and put their responses online. What kind of legal permission do I need. Do I need to have a signed agreement? What if I'm interviewing a minor?

Re: Media interviews

If they're in public you should be able to video them. You should tell them what you're doing and what your intentions are, and make it clear they do not have to be interviewed; then, don't post what they've said in a false light (eg, editing, taking things out of context).
