Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

i im 17 in a half on feb 15 of 2011 i will be 18 but im in college already i live in oklahoma i wanna know if i can move to new york without permisson from my parents and if i do leave i wanna know if i can get sent back i have ask lawyers some say yes and some say no so i dont know really please let me know asap ty

You need to be emancipated. You should seek emancipation in the district court where you live. Once the court issues the order, then you may leave. Call DHS, if necessary and they may help you. If not, contact a good lawyer.
