8 year seperation...seaking divorse

my husband and i have been married 27 years and seperate the last 8...he claims since i walked out im only intitled to half the value of real-estate but not his retirement or anything else we aquired over the course of the marriage,,we have both had relationships dureing the seperation and agree to divorse but he feels i should give him a lump sum for the house that he lived in free and destroyed dureing our seperation while i paid rent and raise our grandson..i left because of drug and achol abuse...what am i intitled to by law...thank you mj
