Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Almost 4 years ago my fiance was divorced. In the Divorce Decree his ex stipulated he isn't to have any female around his kids past 9pm. So, since we've been together (past 2 years), she has threatened many times to keep the kids from him because he lived w/me (she caused us to split & he moved out). Since we got back together she's been worse w/jealousy & I'd like to know if anyone else has dealt w/this & what on earth gives an ex the right to completely control someone's romantic life. It's absurd to me. Thanks.

In Oklahoma it is legal to make rules regarding those who can be around and/or live with the minor child.

In certain situations this can be changed by going to court.
