Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
I am 39 years old and I recently had a "falling out" with my 70 year old mother. She is now preventing me from seeing my 36 year old mentally challenged brother. (Our mother is his legal guardian and he lives with her). Do I have any legal rights to see my brother?

The short answer is "no". However, if your Mother is not acting in the best interest of your brother you could file to remove her as guardian and have the Court appoint someone (you for example) as the guardian. Good Luck Bob
