admendment

can I do a child coustidy amendment my self or do I have to have and attorney if there is no disagreement in the parties? How would I do it if I can?

I suggest that you contact an attorney to draw up the paperwork but you file that same without the attorney entering the case. You should be able to get it done for 2-3 hours of work or less. It would be very difficult to do it your self.
