Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I need advice

I have an 8 yr old son which whom his father has never seen is trying to sue me for custody.I would like to know if that is possible and if not could there be a chance i could get his rights revoked?

Does this involve a child born out of wedlock. If so, he can file a paternity action, in an effort to have him declared the father. Then set custody/visitation rights and child support. I doubt he will be able to get custody unless you have some significant problems going on in your life right now.
