Anullment

Is it possible to get an anullment if this is the 2nd time i have been married to the same man and our child is from our previous marriage...we have been married almost 5 months

An annulment is a legal means of voiding a marriage due to at least one of the parties being underage or otherwise incapable of entering into marriage. Another thought is, in Oklahoma, if you have not been divorced for at least six months prior to your recent marriage to your ex-spouse, then you would qualify for an annulment.
