we have no assets or monor children

i have paid legal fees but she still in conteseting the divorce she thinks i have property and have nothing but an unpaid car and my clothes

I'm not sure I understand. I think you're saying your ex-wife believes you are withholding property from her after your divorce was final, but you state you don't have the property she thinks you do.

If your divorce is final and you don't have the property she believes you do, tell her so in writing; or better yet, have your attorney tell her attorney in writing, and ask her to cease her demands.
