Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
Do I need an attorney?
I am going to be seeking a divorce in the upcoming weeks. We have a child together and have agreed upon joint custody. We have no property to divide. Do I need to get an attorney? If not where is a good place to find the forms I need?

Re: Do I need an attorney?
If you and your husband are in agreement on property, debt, custody, child support and visitation you should be able to get an attorney to draw up the necessary forms for a few hundred dollars. The following site is from Tulsa County and contains a child support calculation tool. You should use this just to make sure that your husband is aware of what he will be required to pay for child support. http://familiesintransition.com/
