Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My attorney did not show up for a court date. Therefor, I have a $4,650 default judgement against me. The judge granted that I pay the opposing attorney's fees.

Move to vacate the default. It must be done immediately. You have 30 days from date of judgment to do so. Call and tell the Judge's clerk.
