Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My boyfriend is going through a divorce. He gets his son every other weekend and although we are living together I have to leave when he has his son because his wife doesnt want me around the child. It states in the papers that I am not to be present at anytime that he has his son so I have to find somewhere to stay on those weekends (the papers are not the final divorce papers). We plan on getting married so my question is this, after we are married can she legally make me leave my home on the weekends that he has his visitation with his son?

Not unless she has specific reasons that you shouldn't be around the child. I might also remind that after your boyfriend is divorce he will have a six month period where he canot marry (except his ex). Good Luck; Bob Adcox
