Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My ex boyriend and father of my 8 month old son has decided he wants to take me to court to keep.the baby for entire days. He has never been slime w the baby for more than an hour even when I still lived with him. I take the baby to visit him for 2 hours every other weekend. I've offered him to come to my home and spend more time with the baby and he refuses. He has no clue how to take care of him, his home is unsafe for a baby and wouldn't even have anywhere for him to sleep. My question is what rights does he have and if we go to court will he get to keep him alone without me? He is a heavy drinker and smokes pot and cigarettes too.

You need an aggressive attorney who understands the laws regarding infant visitation.

As the biological father he is presumed to have the same rights as the biological mother.

There is no way to say exactly what a judge would do however without an aggressive attorney who will fight for both you and your baby you may risk losing primary custody of your son.
