name change/ birth certificate
I had my daughters name changed. I sent the order from the court with an application for a new birth certificate. All I got back was a certified paper from depart. of health stating name change. Will we get a new birth certificate

You should follow up directly with the Dept of Health (DOH). The DOH has a division that handles certificates. They'll be able to help you with the process and its status.
