Does the notification of a name change hearing have to be file stamped from the court

The notice required is the same as for other civil proceedings; that is, there needs to be an assurance to the court that all involved/interested parties are indeed notified. The court should be able to easily get you a stamped document, and you may even be able to get it online at oscn.net.
