Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

changing visitation

On my husbands divorce papers it say that he gets reasonable visitation with his kids. How do we go about getting that changed? She will say he can have the boys & then she will call that morning & tell him he can not have them because something has came up. Also she will only let him have them one Saturday a month from 9 to 4. She will not let them stay the night.

Re: changing visitation

Depending on all the facts, your husband may be able to prosecute a contempt citation against his ex or a motion to enforce visitation. He should also file a motion to modify the decree provisions on visitation and obtain a detailed visitation order. This will help minimize future problems.
