Me and my ex husband have joint custody of our three children. He has physical custody of our two boys and I have physical custody of our daughter. At Christmas I let him have all three children and my daughter never came back home. That was about three weeks ago. He says he has emails proving me unfit but there haven't been any charges filed against me nor have I been served with any papers. Is there anything stoping me from going and getting my daughter?

If no court orders are in place, you would be able to pick up your daughter from school, etc. Also, you could file either a writ of habeas corpus with the court or a contempt citation.
