child custody

My husband of 5 years has a 6 year old little boy who he never gets to see. he pays child support and she just won't let him see his son. what can he do ?

If your husband was divorced there will likely be a decree with visitation and custody spelled out. If he was not divorced he can petition the court to provide rights of custody and visitation. If he is paying support and has desire to be a part of the child's life, the court will likely give consideration to that argument, especially if the mother is not honoring an existing decree. I would suggest, however, you consider getting an attorney to review all the facts and circumstances, and to help you make the argument.
