child custody
been married for 10 years husbands ex ran off left him with 2 kids i have been mom since they were 2 and 3 if i get divorced could i get custody of kids they have not seen real mother since that time kids are 12 and 13 now

Biological parents must be shown to be unfit or consent. Biological mom sounds unfit. Grandparents would have to consent most likely. You could request to be appointed guardian if a guardianship proceeding was filed.
