Do not want child to move out of state

My Son and his girlfriend have a 6 week old baby, They are breaking up, we are afraid she will move the baby to arkansas where her mother lives, they do not have the means to support the child. Is there a way to stop her from moving to Arkanasas, so my son can see his daughter.

This is a tough situation for your son. There is probably not any way stop the girl friend from moving to back to her mom's house. The thing your son should try to do is get a visitation schedule in place. I would suggest doing it before the g/f moves out of state. He will almost certainly need a lawyer on this one.
