Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Child Support Calculation

My ex and I divorced in 1990, I live in OK, he is in CA. I have custody and receive child support. The split is 60%-40% - I'm responsible for 60% of the cost of raising a child. This is based on our income in 1990.

I have remarried (my ex has not) and I am currently unemployed. I have not ever gone to court to increase the child support payments, but I am considering it now. The problem is that my current husband's salary is substantial.

My question is: Is my current husband's salary taken into consideration when calculating child support?
