child support money

My boyfriend is 19 and just graduated high school this past year. His father owes him money for back child support. His father lives in Ohio. Is there any way that he can receive the money that his father owes him?

The past due child support is owed to his mother.

It is her responsibility to try to collect it. She would attempt to collect it even though he is now over the age of 18.

Perhaps the Texas Attorney General's office can help her for free.

The AG's office is overwhelmed by these cases. Out of state cases are not the same priority as TX cases. if he wants to collect this money, he could contact me by email for my assistance.
