child support

I owe back child support on a daughter that now lives with me. Should this money go to my daughter? I don't work and it cost money to have a 11th grader in the home.

If your daughter now lives with you, the court order regarding your child support should be terminated and the order should reflect that you have custody and your ex should pay you child support. If you have not done that, you should ASAP. With regard to arrearages that accrued prior to her living with you, the money goes to the mother.
