Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Child Support

My child support is already set and has been in effect for 2 years now. My child support includes day care. My family member works at the day care where my child is attends so we (me and ex) get 50% of and that is what the child support was set at. Now we are about to lose the discount on day care and will cost her an extra $200. She is wanting me to help cover the new expense, am i obligated too? She states she will take me back to court and attempt to modify the support. I was made to believe there had to be a 25% increase or decrease in income to adjust child support. Thank you for your time and advice.

Re: Child Support

I think that she can do exactly that! Have you tried finding a less expensive child care?
