Child support

My sons dad has a court order to pay monthly payments to me for the back support he owes ($21,000) he got custody awarded to him after i was arrested on drug charges, so he has custody, is he still responsiable for the arriage he was ordered to pay me? Can the judge change the order?

Re: Child support

He still owes the child support arrearge and it accumulates at 10 percent interest. He may receive, however, a credit against the same if you now owe him support that you are not paying. Also, if DHS paid you state aid benefits they may have an interest in the arrearages.
