Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Child Visitation

My husband has 3 children from previous marriage. He recently was forced to take a less paying position and hasn't paid full childsupport due to funds. His ex is threatening to withhold his visitations with his children unless he pays up. We've started process through OCSD but haven't made any head-way as of yet. Can she legally keep his children from him and if not how can we make sure she doesn't? Also, 2 of the 3 children(both boys) have expressed desire to live permantly with us and they are of legal age to choose preference in court but we can't afford outside counsel to take this back in front of a judge. Is there anyway we can take the matter back to court to have modifications made without an attorney present (Legal aid won't help)?

Thank you for your question. Sorry, but I do not know of any way to do that.
