My husband and I are not staying together now and he wants to take our daughter for a night. My problem is we have scabies. My daughter and I have been treated for them but my husband and his family refuse to get treatment. His family has been staying with us. I have said he could come and see her where I am staying but he always finds an excuse. I dont want my child to get scabies again. Am I going against the law by not letting him take her? I know that one of his brothers has scabies. Thank you

the legal standard is "the best interests of the child" If he gripes, you have medical support to win. I think you should stick to your guns but look for a fight ahead.
