About the cost of annualment

If a husband since July 18th, has never had sex with his wife but to finger her and suck on her breast, yet shows evidence of interest to another female named Renee Christine Queen, and gives his sex and love to her.. What do I do.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure the legal question you're asking. If it is, can you file for divorce, then the answer is yes as Oklahoma allows even "incompatibility" as a ground for divorce.
