Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Is it possible if you have been going to court for over 9 years in one county in a state and you move to another county and you are the custodial parent in the case, can you have the case moved to the court in the county you reside in? And how do I go about requesting this to be done?

No. Not until that court gives up jurisdiction. If, however, you have a final judgment, then that judgment can be filed in the state in which you now reside. That judgment will be honored by the new court.
