Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
My ex is having his current girlfriend spend the night while he has our son. We just went to court last week and had our orders filed, in which states that no member of the opposite sex is to be in the home overnight except family members. What kind of enforcement is normal for his failure to comply in this matter?

It sounds like your ex is in contempt of the court's order. Punishment for contempt can be by fine &/or imprisonment, but is unlikely to include much more than an admonishment from the court(depending on the judge) for a first offense. It is possible the court would suspend visitation until compliance is assured.
