how to get custody back

hello, to make a long story short, my son went to see his dad on vacation, and his dad wouldn't let me have him back. he filed and got custody. i didn't go to the hearing because my attorney i had didn't tell me the date and told me he removed himself from my case. what i need to know is, is there any attorney's in tulsa who do pro bono work or would take my case and let me make payments. an attorney here said we should be able to get the last custody case thrown out and start from scratch. he also said we should be able to get him for contempt because he won't let me talk to my son. my email address is [email protected]. we were told about a family access motion. i would appreciate any help you could give me and any recommendations of attorney's to contact. --name removed--baker

I would recommend that you contact Legal Aid in Tulso Ok. 1-918-584-3338. You will need an Attorney in Tulso Ok to represent you. Legal Aid is based on your income. I hope this will help you.
