dating a 21 year old
I am 16 and my boyfriend is 21 and my parents are ok with this but is it legal?

It depends on what you're doing as "boyfriend and girlfriend." Until 18 you must have parental consent to marry, and there are criminal laws and various conditions regarding intercourse with one underage.
