Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My daughter married a man from Texas a little ovefr a year ago. They were living in Oklahoma, married under an Oklahoma license, had a baby in Oklahoma, then moved to Texas. They are now separating and she has moved back to Oklahoma to receive family support and help. Can he force her to move back to Texas so he can be closer to his son?
