Denying visitation
Can you deny someone visitation with a minor if they have a warrant out for their arrest?

Perhaps and perhaps not. Depends on many factors such as is the child really in any danger, is the warrant for murder, etc etc. I would generally say that the fact that someone has a warrant is not enough by itself. Be prapared to go to court if you deny visitation and explain why you HAD TO DO IT!
You might want to sit down with an Atty before you go out on a limb and see if you are really doing the right thing or if you are simply striking out against this person for vengence.
