can i get a file for divorce in another county in okla,, or do i have to file in the same county we were common law married in,, i have no idea wheres hes at, and we have been seperated for several years,, however i still use his last name on legal documents

You should file for divorce in the county that you reside. Oklahoma law requires you be a resident of that county 6 months prior to filing. Good Luck, -Bob-
