Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma
my divorce was final in july, but we had been seperated for a bout a year in that time i found someone else and want to remarry, the waiting period in oklahoma is 6 months but i have moved to alabama, do i still have to wait the 6 months?

Only if you continue to be a resident of Oklahoma. These laws differ by state so you need to find out if it applies in Alabama. If so, you will still have have to adhere to this law. If not, the law does not apply and you can still marry as long as you are not residing in Oklahoma or a State that dictates otherwise.
