my hubby left over a year ago .and i dont k now for sure where he is right now i have not seen him since he left . he is either in ohio or montana. what do i need to do to get my divorce .. i am wanted to get remarried asap. but dont know the steps to take can u help?

You would need to step through a normal divorce process, including serving documents on your husband. There are specific legal procedures that must be followed when you don't know exactly how to locate someone for service; for example, at their last known address, publication in their last known county, etc. Failing that I believe you could then petition the court to grant the divorce after showing you can't locate him.
