Divorce LAws in Oklahoma

I was wondering the law on the papers about not living with another for six months is that inforced or just there to read.

If a party goes to another state to be married, the marriage is valid in that state and after the six months is over becomes valid in Oklahoma. I dont think a District Attorney would bring charges against someone in that circumstance. If a party wished to challenge it he/she should go back into the divorce case and seek a contempt citation.
