Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My divorce papers gave my ex the truck in divorce, however, gave him 2 months to put it in his name. The loan was in my name. He did not put it in his name, and is now 2 months past due on the payments. It is ruining my credit. What can I do?

Contact the loan company and make the payments. In the meantime, get your lawyer to file for contempt and to amend the decree.
