divorce while preganat and indian child also
my son was served with divorce papers 4 weeks ago. they have a 3 year old son. the child does not yet have an indian card, his father does.on the divorce papers she put down no indian.
today the soon to be ex-wife said she is pregnant with someone elses child. what are the options?

There are several VERY important issues here... Truthfully more than a few sentences on a web page can fully answer. First, you stated that your son was served 4 weeks ago. Has he filed an Answer to the Petition? It is imperative that he gets an answer filed to avoid being defaulted. Because the soon-to-be-ex is pregnant he will need to file an affidavit that he is not the father. I would suggest that your son speak with and obtain legal counsel to protect his rights.
