Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I want a divorce - we have no property and no kids. She has 401k and I dont. we have a loan to pay taxes last year, and will probably owe this year. I am willing to pay the taxes and leave her 401k alone. She makes 15 - 17,000 a year more than I do, so I dont think she could get alimony. If she doesnt agree to a no fault divorce, how can I proceed with getting one? She is verbally abusive and I believe has a personality disorder. I want to just get away without breaking the bank. What are my best options?

There are some businesses and a few lawyers that will draft the paperwork for a divorce. The biggest problem with that is they do not represent your interests. If it were me I would contact a lawyer and pay for an hour of their time and sit down and find out exactly what you need to do.Good luck...Bob Adcox
