How to Divorce
My wife and I where married in one state but we live in another. If we are to divorce do we need to go back to the state we where married in?

No. Every state will exercise jurisdiction for purposes of divorce if the parties meet that state's residency requirements. For instance, if one or both parties have been a resident of Oklahoma for 6 months or longer, either party may file for a divorce in Oklahoma.
