divorce,child custodyand support
three children involvedages 3,2 & 8 mnths.husband left a year ago,pregant with third child.husband wants now to get divorce and terminate his rights to childrenand pay $300/mnth support.i am a caregiver for my young children. i have no income,he had the income after the second child came that soon after the first.LegalAide can't help for it was not an abusive issue but more of an abandonment issue a cheating issue on his side.He has also at times threatened to take my eldest child from me.How do I get Legal Help for a Divorce,Child Custody and Child Support?

The circumstances you describe may end up more complicated than you want, but it may not be necessarily a bad thing for you. Just because he offers $300 does not mean that is what a court will order. A court will want to do what is in the "best interest of the child," and the support and property division are to be "equitable."
"Equitable" does not mean "equal," and it doesn't mean whatever one person wants or offers. If he has enough income or property, the court may see the $300 as way too low.
