Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

I am getting divorced, and have the option of having my maiden name reinstated. However, I have been married before. My question is if I want my last name changed will it have to be to the name I had before this marriage?

You may have your name changed to your maiden name or the name you had before you were married (if different than your maiden name).
