Divorce:ex wife was granted the house
my ex wife was granted the house in the divorce, BUT was required by papers to refi the house in her name in 90 days. It has been almost 2 years and she still has my name on her house. I am unable to get a loan, and I am not able to write any of the interest off of my current home because it is in my mothers name. What are my legal rights?

If she was ordered to refinance the debt and has not, then you can have her cited for contempt. You might even be able to convince the court to award you damages in the amount of your lost tax deductions. At the least, the contempt action should give you enough leverage to force her to complete the refinance.
