How do I drop and ex parte order granting Petitioner immediate custody of our minor children?

Your lawyer needs to apply to the court for a hearing on the merits of the ex parte order. Usually such an order is temporary and is always set for a hearing on the merits - both sides present the case. It is not an ex parte order.
