Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Can my eighteen year old boyfriend go to jail for being with me because im fifteen? when we hang out it's at one of our parent's house and is supervised. There is also NO sexual relationship.

No, unless you start having sex. Then he would be committing statutory rape.
